Refunds:

All refunds are determined by Between the Lines Winery Inc. We may ask for proof of purchase and pictures of the product.

If a refund is issued, you will be notified by email.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
