Shipping policy
We are pleased to announce that Canada Post is back in full operation, and we have resumed shipping across Canada with a few exceptions. Below are the updated shipping details, including rates, conditions, and additional considerations.
1. Ontario Shipping
- Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within Ontario.
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $150, a flat shipping fee of $35 will apply.
2. Out-of-Province Shipping
- Free Shipping: Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping to all eligible provinces.
- Shipping Fee: For orders under $250, a flat shipping fee of $50 will apply.
- Excluded Regions: We currently do not ship to the Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut.
3. Weather-Related Shipping Holds
To ensure the quality of our products, we may place holds on orders being shipped to provinces experiencing extreme cold weather for certain periods. This precaution is to prevent wine from freezing during transit.
- If a hold is necessary, we will notify you directly with updates and work to ship your order as soon as conditions improve.
4. Shipping Updates and Changes
If there are any changes to your shipping order or delays, our team will contact you promptly to keep you informed.
5. Shipping Carrier
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.
