2020 Cabernet "Leon" Reserve

Description:  Cabernet Franc is King in Niagara and as a tribute to Greg Wertsch's son Leon, he took his finest Cabernet Franc vines and turned their fruit into this stellar Niagara Red. Like Leon, this wine will develop its full character over time and become a part of the family's history in winemaking. Fermented in open top vats, pressed and then aged in 1000L French Oak barrels for one year, Cabernet Leon comes of age in 2025.

Mouth: Plum, Black Pepper, Firm Tannin

Pairs With: Crown roast, beef tenderloin, blue haze cheese
