Variety: Pinot Noir and Lemberger

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: Cherry, Strawberry, fresh baked bread

Mouth: round and fruity, with a crisp bubbly finish. 

Total Acid: 8 g/L

pH: 3.30

Residual Sugar: 9.1g/L 

Cellar time: Stainless steel only, on the lees for 9 months. Charmat method for carbonation.
